We are at a bottom in the trough on the daily chart, lotsa strange trading at/near inflection points on the chart. News soon? hope so. Would be surprised to see anything before the filing here in a few days.

Given the chart, and developments on the near horizon, Ad Campaign, JET99, ez2escrow, 10-q .... anyone with a timeframe of a couple weeks to a month, should be loading the boat at these levels... intraday they will do what they will...
