Anyone knows if and when a company files an extention does the company issues PR eariler then dead line or can they just file on the SEC deadline meaning EXTENTION not the filling itself ?

Since no PR i am hoping no extention however i don't know how this is usually done in any other company or how has gtel done it in the past.

Anybody cares to comment ?
