2010 Jan 5, Wave Systems Corp. today announced that it has received a series of significant license and maintenance orders for its EMBASSY(R) Remote Administration Server (ERAS) software for a U.S.-based automotive company for managing its worldwide employees' laptop computers equipped with hardware-based, self-encrypting drives for the protection of sensitive customer, financial, competitive and other confidential data.

2010 Feb 4, Wave Systems Corp. today announced the integration of support for Intel(R) vPro(TM) Technology into its EMBASSY(R) software, a solution for secure and robust management of self-encrypting hard drives in the enterprise. Self-encrypting drives -- where encryption is built into the drive itself -- are available from all the major drive vendors and leading PC OEMs.
