You are right - the JV announcement won't send the pps to the moon, but it will help establish a new base of support I think. The Blackrock investment did this back in the fall. After Blackrock's investment was announced, we moved to a new level of support. Depending on who the JV is and how good the deal is, I think we could move up to a new level of support - what that level is will obviously be determined by the details to come next week. The revised NSAI report to come in February or March could do the same thing - taking us to a new level of support. Each step seems to build the value of our little company here. Can't wait til next week. I don't think Mr. Leonard is going to disappoint!
