This is all typical of a start up oil company. The thing with HDY is that all of the pieces are coming together. This is the time when you want to be in this stock...before the oil is coming out of the ground, not before. This is why I prefer the company to be ignored...let the PPS settle and let us load up some more.

There's nothing that hurts a stock more than rumors and guesses. Potential investors lose interest when a stocks climbs high then crashes down because some rumor pumped it so high.

In our case, you are correct that at this point, news is the only thing that will move the PPS. So be it. This is fine to me. No news except the occasional PR to address progress is fantastic. I dislike companies that put out fluff PRs about small item things that never needed to be announced in the first place.

The JV announcement will be a nice PR, but the PPS will not go "to the moon" until as you said...the oil is coming up from below the ground.

I hope no potential investors have been discouraged by the price action of the past few days. This is a stock that is a long term investment and will take many months and a few years to reach its maturity.

If it's a quick buck that people are looking for, then perhaps pennies is the way to go......
