The Focus wasnt on R/S but also a Share buyback

Momentum and timing is the KEY for an explosion in the PPS. Matt has the tools, he has to use effectively and efficiently.

Investors are on the sidelines wathching and waiting especially those aligned with DW Healthcare. They are waiting for the outcome of the following; CCEL- Mex close, contracts,positive cash flow, share buyback, and R/S, uplist. All eyes are on those 6 things. If he can complete the above in a relatively short time, and all in the right order to maximise interest and momentum, the PPS could be $5.00 or higher in ninety days or less. Believe me it can happen and IMO opinion all the tools to do it are in reach.
