If the matter of Monk's den was satisfied why would an investigation continue?
Why would EIGH think that they where being investigated if they had cooperated and gave the SEC everything they asked for?
Does the SEC investigate every aspect of a company or do they just ask the company to provide information based upon the original suspension?
I would imagine it is something similar to an IRS audit, the IRS asks for specific information and the matter is settled using that information.
Am I wrong? Does the SEC once it inquires about a secific matter then conduct a witch hunt until they have something they think will destroy the company?
If the SEC has not requested additional information from EIGH then the company would have the right to feel the matter is settled. jmo
