That's a big if. Concord Steam just doesn't want it to cut into their future plan and the IPPS are just fighting the competition, it's just that simple. Wouldn't you? Answer:yes. You were fighting the competition for CPD and you supposedly weren't and aren't even involved with them. I am just an investor and am prepared for whatever the decision. I also am not shallow enough to wish you to pay higher rates just so I can make a buck, but I do think higher rates with less dependency on oil is a fair trade off. In the next 5 years I plan on living off the grid anyway, maybe even sell back a surplus, if you don't like the rates, buy you a solar array. It will take a while to get payback, but when you do it will be sweet.
