I wonder how these guys are doing business in Texas without being registered? You can look it up online or call and confirm. I asked them if a company was producing oil and gas in Texas if they need to pay any taxes. She laughed, and ask if I was kidding. I told here no I was not, I was looking for a company that is claiming that they are selling oil and gas but I cant find a certificate, so she looked herself, said she couldnt find it so I gave here the information.
