Can anyone make any sense of this at all?

I think we are being told that the big mistake is that there is no apostrophe in Crows Run.

"I said ...." You said exactly what I quoted: "Please provide a quotation from the last news that shows a big mistake for the Crow's Run project."

"... what person signed off on Aeon's filings?" That is entirely irrelevant to the "big mistake for the Crow's [sic] Run project", which is factual and glaringly obvious.
