I have been watching cbai for along time and I want to get in but I am concerned about the O/s being so high. I dont understand why its so high. Is it just from dillution? Please help me understand. It seemslike this could be primed to take off but it seems that this high number may hold it back. if any of the longs could help me out I would be greatful.
