Dangerous information I might make someone hold on to their shares? I believe I said do your on DD. I get a 1099 from my broker every year stating what I have and I file it with the IRS. As far as deeming my shares worthless I BELIEVE, but you do your own DD, I need to notify my broker to do so and make it official. I would not want to assume anything as far as the IRS is concerned. AGAIN DO YOUR OWN DD And that advise is not BS.
