I received a confirmation from Scott. He did do an initial mailing yesterday. He indeed h.as a 3m mail list for stocks trading in this range. He has a even larger data base for stocks trading in higher ranges. His 65k following on vYarious facebok and Twitter pages confirmed.
Yesterday was an introduction to RTGV
