The deal was closed on September 3, 2010, this Q is the first report with integrated financial data. The $2M is from a period which preceeded the close of the acquisition and therefore can't be carried forward into the new fiscal year. The first Quarter includes the Sept 1-Nov 30 2010 ONLY for consolidation as an operating company.
