Anyone who has read the SEC filings knows that the company has issued shares for services and to grow the company. They've actually managed the SS pretty good. I've always used at least 200-250M in my future calculations.

There never has been any dilution. Not in terms how bashers love to describe them. Shares issued for services rendered yes. Seems like they've managed the company quite well. Not bad for a start-up with a cash cow like Digital Clarity and a disruptive technology that has never been done before. Pretty nice place to be if you ask me. I still have quite a few shares to add down here so no hurry for me.
