Spoke with the company. The Q will be reviewed line by line for accuracy tomorrow. It will be filed tomorrow . I personally would leave room for the potential of Thursday AM just in case something outside their control takes place

Bottom line Q is no more than 1 trading day away and most likely not even that. The Promo will begin once the company puts out the next PR. It will go to a 3M mailing list. This is merely the first step of a multi month PR promo campaign.
