**With this filing the EC has turned its guns on the people responsible for our exclusion from the GSA: The 4 Hedge Funds behind WMI/Rosen.

They are not bothering with JPM and FDIC, which is a smart move. Instead gunning for hedge funds, who most Americans have a very negative taste in their mouths towards.

These hedgies may have a more difficult time stonewalling the EC if this motion is approved. They are not JPM or the FDIC, and certainly do not have the same influence those entities do.

An interesting move..
