have created an interesting situation. So here is my letter to PM.

Dear Sir,
The CMKX shareholders were told on 14th Jan 2011 (by Attny Al Hodges) that GI is the entity responsible for holding our money back. It is either true or false.
If it is true, and you do not want everybody to know for "sure" that GI (and you indirectly/directly) is involved, then keeping "silent" on your part could be explained. Though it does'nt make sense.
On the other hand, if GI and you are not involved , then it is very IMPORTANT FOR us to know that.
It won't hurt you, issuing a simple statement that neither GI nor you are involved. Information through third party(phone calls etc)won't do.Yes ,please do us a favour.
So, why have you not issued the OFFICIAL DENIAL YET .
