HCKI is not in Bankruptcy (the shell is not in bk, the actual asset within the shell being "Hacketts Stores" is in bk)

HCKI did not get any debts wiped off the books, matter of fact they lost their only asset but get to keep all the debt the shell had prior to and during Tom's ownership!
