i concur.. still not a peep.. to be honest, as good as the EC has been to us.. they have not busted a REAL move.. or at least a move visible to us all. i mean that in chambers meeting last summer sounds great and all..but 6+ months later we still have no real idea of what really was discussed behind the scenes.. the EC has got to make a move soon.. i mean hopefully they've been negotiating but judging from rosen's filing today. it sounds like he's still working against us.. we need a big bam from the EC.. susman needs to rip a new a-hole into this case.. considering rosen will continue to whine all he wants with a complacent walrath sitting on the bench.
