TTDZ expecting a merger completion PR tomorrow! worth $500 million dollars..

"Meanwhile Triton has communicated with AGT's management that all final documents and agreements will be available for execution on Friday, January 14, 2011. The announcement for the closing will be published in a press release on Tuesday, January 18, 2011. In coordination and simultaneously with the execution of all legal documents the exchange of stock between the two companies will take place at the same time. Following the closing of the acquisition Triton will file additional reports with the OTC Markets website to update the financial standings of both companies."
