Those are valid points and I understand that things come up in a business and deadlines can't always be met.

That being said Eric and Fred have a history of putting gout PR's promising things that have not come to fruition more times then following thru on them. Now a few missed deadlines I could understand but after so many times it is starting to look like deception. Sure I know they had the meeting and had all of these exciting announcements but you can understand my skepticism after all that happened in 2010.

Then in the meeting EP and Fred say they aren't going to sell their shares, they are in it long term. Do you think they would actually come out and say they are going to sell their shares? Everyone thought the audit was going to be released at the meeeting. It just seems like more of the same old same old and those two are hard to trust.

After being mislead so many times people investing in this company are going to say "they are playing me for a fool" and I think it is getting really close to that point. Actually I am surprised more people aren't saying it now.


It's a new year and I hope EP and Fred follow through. But I have my doubts.
