So how did the audit numbers look everybody?

So did you take the time to listen to the shareholders meeting? I'm sure you were on the live call and didn't bother to sign in using your name...

That said, there was a more than ample explanation for why the audit has been delayed. I too wanted the audit to come out by the meeting, but I am completely satisfied with the explanation they gave. You can harp on the audit as being the be all end all for TDGI, but you're really just speaking to yourself and a few of your cohorts. Most of us get that TDGI isn't all about the audit. You and a few choice others have tried to make TDGI one dimensional and make them all about the audit, but we're not buying what you're selling. That argument is old. I know, I know, you say, "But Eric can't follow through on his word." Well, it's apparent you have zero management experience, are not an entrepreneur and have never had any responsibility for anything more than a minimal hourly job. In the real business world, things such as audit dates are fluid. Running a business, something you know apparently NOTHING about, is dynamic. Things are and should constantly be changing in your business. It's the old cause and effect.

Do I like that the audit isn't here by now? No. Am I making excuses for Eric and company? No. I simply *get* the process and understand things take time. Now we all have an explanation on why it's taken so long, and it's a very adequate reason. What I've wanted to see is what Eric has been doing, and that's making adjustments and progress. They gave a more than plausible explanation for the audit hold up. That's what most longs here needed, some explanation. Now it's time to move on from the audit issue and leave you to your conversation endlessly about the audit. It will come when it comes.
