I suppose Burtons motivation would be he sees value in BEHL's intellectual property. This isn't Hollywood and the name Biocentric Energy remains the same. The only problem here there are 700,000 Mike E. Burtons on the planet and because you dont know exactly which one has taken on the role of president of BEHL he therefore must be a figment of Fishers imagination. With no evidence to the contrary in either case, no one can say one way or the other whether it is made up or not. If it is a fraud, I will expect to see Fisher in bracelets on those exact charges.
