From the EIGHT website They talk about gaming rooms and setting up a tour. It's also supervised by staff and management. They are trying to give the illusion of having an actual casino. You also have to bring a passport or drivers license on your first visit. This information is from the EIGH site.

The online presence wouldn't need a physical address.

And, I don't find any information about their online presence.

Bottom line, on or offline, there is no casino.
