Avichi, I viewed this twice to analyze the impact of the statements made by Goldberg. No matter what the shortcomings of this man as an individual, one thing is clear from the statements made--he knows that the shareholders are disappointed but at the same time he realizes that it's not his fault.
I believe that the information presented is truthful, and he deals realistically when talking about the Italian competitor CHIA, the hardships of having to modify the MAG from one hight to the next height required by the European Union. That modification alone has cause extensive delay but has also made the new MAG acceptable by all government agencies.
I believe that IDOI has finally reached the point where a news release that confirming acceptance of the MAG by the GSA will send this stock up and up for good.
