i don´t think that EENI will be the merging partner.

look at their news:

Exterra will be enhancing its management team by adding a highly skilled individual with over 40 years of experience in the Oil and Gas space. His most recent Major Oil company experience was with Exxon Oil Company as a top executive.

Brian D. Wilmot, 64, Chairman/CEO, Director. Mr. Wilmot has over 18 years of experience as an executive in the oil industry and is the founder and CEO of Eagle Environmental Technologies Ltd., the former parent company of Eagle Oil, prior to its acquisition by the Company. Prior to forming Eagle Environmental Technologies, he was the managing partner in a gold mining operation, as well as the co-founder of New Central Sierra Bank, which was acquired in 2003 by Western Sierra Bancorp. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker's license. Mr. Wilmot is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Todd Royal, CEO/President of Exterra, commented, “This planned merger of the two companies will bring an additional 5MM Barrels of Proved Reserves along with an increase over current production of more than 140 barrels per day. This enhancement of resources will add to shareholder appreciation as well as give the combined company some attractive financing opportunities.”

EGOH has no production
