I can promise you that there a way more than 50 million shares of Valcom right now.

Four reasons:

1) Neither Continental nor Ingrid Clavijo at Valcom will confirm a 50 million share count nor give an updated count.

2) Level 2 has completely changed over the past few weeks indicating a significant increase in available shares and few people are buying and the price is trending downward.

3) Valcom is late on their reporting and are listed as limited information.

4) The most recent Schedule 13G's from War Chest and Barcalys indicate that they hold 9,000,000 shares or 7.1% of the total shares. Do the math and you will come to somewhere around 126 million.

This doesn't look quite so good as it did 3 months ago and Valcom did it all in a pretty sleazy way. Maybe they have something good ahead, but it looks to me like, they sold shares for DEBT. We shall see.
