Imo the version of ERAS the state of South Carolina has procured, including the version of Wave client software they are implementing, is for SED management only. If they want to implement TPMs and use ERAS to manage them, they will need to procure additional ERAS component licensing. Buying additional software license components increases annual maintenance fees.
The roadmap is to sell SED customers more licensing when their implementation expands to TPMs and beyond.
