We can do a lot better with a different judge in another state so we should file a Change of Venue to transfer this case to TX where Sussman Hoffman Nelson law offices are located....too far for Rosen perhaps? and a male judge instead of Mrs. The Hochberg Josh Mary Walrath??? THJMW? IMHO
