they pick up coverage. They must give revenue and earnings forecasts and they must give a Rating if they pick up coverage.

There is NO ifs ands or buts here. PERIOD.

there is NO 'depends' involved. Guidance means a 'rating' and guidance means specific forecasts/estimates. This is what guidance means in terms of coverage.
