Uz, the letter was pretty harsh, i hope it dosen't do more harm then good for share holders. thats why i'm kind of worried about the hoffman request also, i think she wants to get partys to settle and if this hoffman hearing opens up a can of worms, it may get drug out forever, which is fine with me, i don't retire for several years, so i can wait, but judge imo wants this done. imo
