The % requirement for REE in the old days are much higher due to the steady supply from China.
Now is a different story.
China will eventually cut exports down to a trickle.
Very soon REE will be like water in the SAHARA DESERT, death without it.
Both Cache & KAT explorations have high hopes of finding REE all around Rusty Ridge areas.
The % of REE is of course important,
But as long as there are enough REE to save the industries from starvation,
the world will pay attention.
One more point,
