The debtors only did what was expected of them which was to ask the judge to enforce the agreement that was in place and agreed upon by all parties. Which maybe a ruse in itself. The reason being why wouldn't you keep objecting to something if you have objected to it in the past? If you didn't keep objecting to it then wouldn't that raise a red flag??
