Nothing needs to be corrected. You have it exactly right. I contacted the transfer agent and company in the past few days and neither would give me a share count. Then we see the forms today showing firms holding 9,000,000 shares each and that each one controls 7.1% of the total.

126,000,000, X 7.1% = 8,946,000

Ownership:
(a) Amount beneficially owned: 9,000,000 shares

(b) Percent of class: 7.1%
