Anybody, what leverage can NOK have if they come to the table after an arb decision has been rendered? My guess would be that they cannot be given any discount on the awarded amount (assuming that it goes 100% or mostly IDCC's way), so, what good could it do for 3G rate negotiations? and on top of it, if ERICY signs 3G, then they will be in even bigger soup.
