OK here is what I think the update will say.

Dear CMKX Shareholders:

Thank you for being a strong group of shareholders fighting the fight we have been involved in. We have gone to court in an attempt to get our funds released. Even though the defendants lawyer has admitted there was a trust we were unable to get these funds released to the shareholders of CMKX.

We are dealing with powerful and evil people in our world, please come join me as I am a director of World Reports. This battle is not over and we will continue to fight for you the shareholders.
