Completely irrelevant....all of this bickering is unimportant....

IF she wants to dilute she is going to first want to drive the PPS up as high as she can to maximize that dilution.

IF she is being upfront with everything and she drives the PPS up through product development etc, then great

EITHER way many of us here stand to make a good little pay day off of this, so.....what the hell is it that you expect to accomplish here bashing the CEO and the stock?

IF you hold a position here you are screwing yourself and if you do not then you are only being a pain in the ass in which case there is an ignore feature.....
