DCUT...Is this the pos that it appears to be???? Do they have anthing to offer? When I called the company today, Pierre Quilliam answered the phone and said he was the president. No secretary? LOL...He also claimed that they are trying to merge with a private company that has revenue and then take it public. Hmmm, bring in more cash...but for who???

I'm also leery of the rumour that they are going to cancel a bunch of shares? Why? To raise the stock price and then dump their privately held shares??

Any thoughts?
