I believe the date on this is altered and false. This happend years ago. Back when they had a potential with a good enough product to sell but refused to put the price point where it needed to be to make inroads both their and here. It has been really too bad this company did not hit the marks better. It would probably still had to dilute to raise capital, but todays share price would probably be around 0.30/sh.
