DCUT..I just spoke with Pierre Quilliam at DCUT (he answered the phone and says he is the president of the company) who claims that he doesn't know anything about shares being canceled. Either he's a very good actor or he was genuinely suprised. I also have a call in to Rich Kaiser who handles IR.
