That is why I tried to clear things up. After touting their retirement of shares in November, they are unwilling to confirm a share count in January? That seems odd to me. Level 2 also looks completely different the past few days. It used to look very thin, now there are many orders in the .011 to .015 range.

They filed the NT 10-K a few days ago. How much time does that give them to file the 3rd quarter 10-K?
