Here is a tool for ya'll: Feedreader its a great application to use for keyword scans on IHUB like reinstatement, merger..... It's a free application and I can post a link to my OPL file that you can upload with all my keywords, the more people that know this stuff can help us all!! Vantilian has more about feedreader on his board too!

Most of the time I preform the following process before I buy I unless the stock is going bonkers, Its really a simple process, catch the news, go to ps check share structure, SEC filings, and then the Sec of State to make sure they are current and have not increased the ss without reporting it to ps!! Then start looking into the web presence of the co and its principals!! It just starts rolling from there!!
