The PPS of this pink sheet company has been here at $.10 and under for what 4 yrs. The pinks are the lowest of the low of exchanges. To get compliant they will need to go back from when they left the OTC - a long time ago. The thing they have going for them is being such a small co there are not that many transactions or entries for the financial statements of a more substantial company.

The other issue is very little liquidity and interest so if someone needs to get out of a large position they are the market and will bring the price down with their transaction

Pipe dream Weeble and Felix and others who spend their lives here.

Just a shame
