PACER/KCC has been far too quite since Friday...

As part of your Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing, you are subject to confirmation, wherein the court approves your debt repayment plan. If your confirmation is denied, there are steps you can take to attempt a reversal.

File an Amended Plan
•If your confirmation was denied based on the terms of your repayment plan, you may modify your proposal and resubmit it to the court.

Convert to Another Filing Chapter
•If you're an individual filing for Chapter 13, you may consider petitioning the court to convert your claim to Chapter 7 or another applicable chapter of the bankruptcy code.

Ask the Court to Reconsider
•You may ask your attorney to file a motion for reconsideration with the court, asking them to reconsider the grounds for which the confirmation was denied.

File an Appeal
•You may file an appeal of the decision, however, you must also petition the court for a stay of dismissal to provide continued protection from collection actions by your creditors.
