Maybe you missed the fact that the plaintiff is a LAWYER.

I don't think his court expenses ( if the suit ever makes it that far) would be all that much.

This lawsuit probably will fall by the wayside, but perhaps it will motivate Mr Janes to open up some communication with ALL the shareholders - not just his FB "friends"
