Prove that he knew that and that he lied. How do you know that he wasn't stating the facts as he knew them? The burden is on you to prove it. As for insider information, you would have to prove that Janes was the source or that he was aware of a leak. How do you know it wasn't from someone at the FDA? Or, a secretary at IMGG that saw something and called a friend? Again, the burden is on you.

By the way, for $350 you could have purchased over 2300 shares at $.15. If the stock were to shoot up to $1, it would give you a $2000 profit. Seems like that would have been a much more productive use of your money. And, that was just the filing fee. Wait until you see how much your expenses are going to be.
