Thank you All for your comments and support of receiving updates from me in between Attorney Hodges updates to the Shareholders.
I do not understand the dinar effect on the CMKX Distribution. I have not received any confirmations from Attorney Hodges this year. I understand the silence is due to security reasons. I can only go on by what I have from Attorney Hodges since I am still a plaintiff. I am not denying any of the information provided by other sources circulating around the CMKX Forums. I can only confirm the information provided by other sources as "the same as Attorney Hodges, not the same as Attorney Hodges, or I don't know until I receive verification from Attorney Hodges". Please understand why I cannot provide my opinions. My opinions will be misconstrued as facts. Also, I cannot and will not address every rumor that is posted. Some of the rumors are provided in attempts to glean sensitive information or create confrontations.
The information I provide from Attorney Hodges is current and accurate at the time of posting the information. Changes do occur as we all know too well. I will continue to provide the Shareholders any updates from Attorney Hodges as long as the information will not compromise the distribution of the CMKX Funds. I support Attorney Hodges and his determination to release the CMKX Distribution Funds to the Shareholders. I am sorry for the repetition of the above information...I just wanted the Shareholders to understand my position and the fact it hasn't changed.
I will let you know if I hear anything from Attorney Hodges.
