KimC, last years biggest penny stock scam is still trading on the Greys, even though the two executives who ran the scam are facing a laundry list of federal charges and looking at the rest of their lives in jail and the company itself has gone Chapter 7, a complete loss.

that is nothing to be excited about.

the SEC doesn't like EIGH, all they care about is a legal market and EIGH has crossed that line. the SEC suspended EIGH, not because they don't like them but because they broke laws.
