Wait to pay on the note and it may be nominal interest with inflation... and utilize revenue/capital to build shareholder/stock value. With some smart utilization of that cash flow, I cannot imagine how they would not be able to double or triple "its" investment value.
I thought that was why legit companies wanted to trade on the open markets with share structures. The ability of a company to grow or shrink, at an exponential rate mind you, is up to them. In my opinion, too many companies focus millions of shares and capital investments in marketing for that one reason....
A legit owner, using those resources for sound capital investments, and utilizing those share for growth, should have no problem showing an increase in their output capacity and future revenue.
As for the Note: It does not concern me so much that interest won't be earned on Turnbull. Growth will be in everyones best interest and the wording in the PR clearly states the relationship involved. If both business models hold up Q1 and Q2, then at that point we can talk about clearing liabilities and so on... Cash is KING in my opinion, and USOG should be thinking about solidifying their Stock Value at present time. AIMO.
Cheers,
